LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. Investing in technology and prototypes ahead of need, LMI brings commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI to federal agencies at commercial speed.

Leveraging our mission-ready technology and solutions, proven expertise in federal deployment, and strategic relationships, we enhance outcomes for the government, efficiently and effectively. With a focus on agility and collaboration, LMI serves the defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors—helping agencies navigate complexity and outpace change. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.

We are building the next generation of RFID, GPS tagging, and sensor-mesh solutions that power mission-critical operations across the DoD. Behind every deployment is a logistics chain that ensures the right equipment arrives at the right place, every time. As our Logistics Analyst, you’ll be the one making sure our tech is packaged, shipped, and delivered flawlessly—so missions never skip a beat.

Responsibilities:

As a Regional Operations Logistics Analyst you will keep our hardware supply chain sharp and mission-ready. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments of RFID equipment and making sure our deliveries hit customer sites on time and in the right configuration. From breaking down hardware into kitted sets and outfits that meet delivery standards to managing vendor relationships, you’ll be the one ensuring our technology gets from factory floor to field without a hitch.

This role is equal parts supply chain coordinator, problem solver, and quality checker. If you thrive on details, love keeping things organized, and want your work to directly enable deployments across the DoD, we want you.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Procure equipment: Facilitate drafting purchase orders for site team needs.
  • Stock Issue: Prepare, request and ensure that material is properly palletized and delivered based on the installation plan.
  • Coordinate shipments: Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring on-time delivery to customer locations worldwide.
  • Kitting & outfitting: Break down bulk equipment into standardized sets/kits/outfits that meet customer requirements and delivery specs.
  • Track inventory: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and returns; manage reorder points to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure compliance: Follow DoD packaging, labeling, and transport standards to ensure audit-ready logistics.
  • Vendor management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, monitor lead times, and troubleshoot supply chain disruptions.
  • Support deployments: Partner with program managers and field engineers to align shipments with installation timelines.
  • Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to keep deliveries on schedule.
  • Operations: Maintain, update and create reports and dashboards on progress of the deployment of NADACS in your Region.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to regional locations for inventories and/or Quality Assurance visits.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or procurement.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with Power BI and other automation tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple deliveries, vendors, and timelines simultaneously.

  • U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

  • Available for occasional travel.

  • This position requires an active security clearance at the Secret level. You must be a US citizen.

DESIRED SKILLS
