The In Office Operations & Logistics Manager will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations within a high volume production environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong team performance. This role requires hands on leadership, the ability to manage schedules, track KPIs, and maintain smooth workflow across all warehouse and logistics functions.
The ideal candidate has experience in large scale warehouse or production settings, along with 3PL experience, and is comfortable working with systems and technology. Strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts are essential, along with flexibility for weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Manage staff scheduling and workflow coordination
• Track and monitor KPIs and operational performance
• Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain organization and inventory control processes
• Work with systems and technology to manage operations

Qualifications:
• Experience managing a large warehouse or production environment required
• 3+ years of 3PL experience required

• Ability to work weekends as needed
