Position Description

The Recreation Division operates over 50 recreation facilities including community centers, teen centers, pools, school-based learning centers, environmental learning centers, and boating and sailing centers. Programs include fitness and athletics, licensed childcare and preschool, swimming and boating, youth development and job preparation, academic enrichment, and more. Programs also serve older adults, people with disabilities, and immigrant and refugee communities. Current division priorities include workplace culture, racial equity and social justice, customer service excellence, safety, and performance management.
The Management Systems Analyst, Operations & Performance, supports the Recreation Division operations through workflow evaluation, systems analysis, data reporting, and organizational effectiveness strategies. This role collaborates with staff across community centers, aquatics, youth programs, partnerships, and administrative teams.

Qualifications
Requires two years in systems, operational, procedures, research or analysis and a Bachelors degree in business or public administration, finance, computer science or a related field (or a combination of education, training and/or experience that provides an equivalent background required to performs the work of the class).

Special Working Conditions and Work Schedule: WFH two days a week, in-office three days a week.

The full salary range for this position is $47.39 to $55.19 per hour.
