Job Description

At Arrive, we aim to build stronger, more stable, and rooted communities through quality education, counseling, and financial services because everyone deserves access to homeownership. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low-to-moderate income households become successful homeowners, we provide financial resources and community partnerships that create lasting opportunities for individuals and families throughout Oregon.

We're looking for a collaborative specialist who understands how organizations work and can turn accurate data into meaningful information. This position analyzes program and organizational performance and translates findings into useful reporting and insights for leadership, funders, partners, and other stakeholders. Salesforce administration is an important tool used to accomplish that work.

Working across departments, this role serves as a primary resource for Arrive's internal reports and dashboards and provides data and analysis for annual and impact reports, grant reporting, and other strategic communications. If you enjoy solving problems, uncovering the story behind the data, and helping people use information to make better decisions, your work will directly support Arrive's ability to demonstrate its impact, strengthen its programs, and advance its mission.

Primary Responsibilities

Salesforce and Data Systems

Own Salesforce administration, and ongoing maintenance across all departments, ensuring the platform is fully migrated and functioning for every department and program. Build and maintain dashboards as requested by leadership and department directors. Maintain, organize, and utilize organizational and external data to support Arrive's reporting needs. Oversee the completeness and accuracy of data for all clients, partnerships and grant opportunities.

Reporting and Analytics

Review and interpret organizational data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and provide leadership with useful information for decision-making. In partnership with the Deputy Director and department directors, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on outputs and outcomes related to HomeOwner Basics, strategic and business plan goals, lending, and loan servicing. Develop internal systems to track department goals and accomplishments and provide regular reports to the Deputy Director and leadership team on performance against goals. Manage grants oversight and programmatic reporting in coordination with the Finance and Development teams. Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of organizational data for the annual report, impact reports, and other external communications, ensuring data is accurate, compelling, and aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.

People Leadership

Directly supervise assigned team members, providing goal setting, accountability, coaching, and development support. Maintain visibility in team activities and priorities to ensure alignment between community engagement efforts, organizational objectives and reporting needs.

Research and Strategy

Demonstrate the significance of Arrive's work in the context of local, regional, and national trends affecting homebuyers and affordable homeownership. Research and report on housing market trends and conditions, including trends in homeownership across diverse communities, for business planning, staff and board education.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience required, including user management, data quality, reports, dashboards, routine configuration, staff training, and troubleshooting within an established Salesforce environment.

  • A passion for accuracy and an understanding of the value of accurate, consistent, actionable data.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to Arrive's mission.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage competing requests and deadlines.
