The AmeriCorps member serving as Operations and Systems Coordinator will build organizational capacity by strengthening Re-Entry Solutions' internal systems and administrative infrastructure. The member will help develop and improve workflows, tracking tools, filing systems, operating procedures, internal communications, meeting coordination, and data management processes that increase efficiency, accountability, and sustainability. The member may also assist with organizing documents, maintaining resource and reporting systems, and supporting board and team operations. This role will not provide direct client services, but will focus on building the internal structure needed for long-term growth and stronger anti-poverty impact.
