Senior Investment Operations - Asset Management - Boston - Hybrid 

A leading alternative investment manager is seeking a Senior Investment Operations professional to join its growing team. This role offers broad exposure across public and private market investment strategies and provides the opportunity to work closely with investment, finance, legal, technology, and trading teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support treasury and liquidity management activities, including cash forecasting, funding obligations, FX transactions, and credit facility administration
• Oversee operational processes with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other third-party service providers
• Participate in onboarding new investment strategies, managers, and investment vehicles
• Manage trade support, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and portfolio data integrity
• Prepare investment and operational reporting, including portfolio analytics, compliance reporting, valuations, and risk-related metrics
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance operational efficiency
• Support a diverse portfolio of alternative and traditional investments across multiple asset classes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of investment operations experience within the asset management industry 
• Experience with investment systems, Bloomberg, OMS platforms, and data tools 

This position is ideal for an investment operations professional seeking a diverse, high-impact role within a sophisticated alternative investment platform.
