We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Consulting Operations Assistant to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support to our consulting team, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is integral to our team's success and offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our business operations. The position requires a commitment to excellence, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to the consulting team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of day-to-day tasks.
  • Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Acumatica to manage client data, track project progress, and support forecasting efforts.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in reviewing and processing data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and project timelines are met.
  • Develop and maintain a regular reporting cadence, providing detailed updates to the consulting team and senior management.
  • Handle analysis requests, utilizing strong analytical skills to provide insightful and actionable data.
  • Support revenue processing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Acumatica.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to drive decision making.
  • Experience in revenue processing and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
