Position Title: Operations Assistant - Day shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Department: Operations

Position reports to: Warehouse Manager

Primary purpose and function of position: Working with Class A Driver as a helper to deliver beverages and other products to our retailers, cleaning and repacking broken product into resalable product, running smaller van routes when needed, etc.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, clean and repack product into saleable cases
• Unload product from delivery vehicle using a two-wheeler
• Comply with all Grey Eagle and supplier standards and policies
• Adhere to all Federal, State and Local liquor regulations
• Work as a Merchandiser as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• High school diploma or GED certificate required
• Class E Driver's License required (Can obtain this within 30 days of employment)
• Experience of using a two (2) wheel hand truck preferred
• Regular and reliable attendance required
• Delivery experience preferred
• Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to safely operate job related equipment
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting and kneeling
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds
• Ability to pass a required pre-employment physical, background and drug screening
• Ability to perform all essential job functions and duties as assigned
