Part-Time Operations Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Operations Assistant to help support our moving and junk removal crews during the day.

This role includes local driving, crew support, and basic office/admin work. It is a good fit for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable helping wherever needed.

Job Details

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week

Location: Jacksonville, FL area

Work Type: Office support and local driving

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies, paperwork, equipment, and other items to crews as needed.
• Pick up materials from job sites, vendors, customers, or the office.
• Usually drive a company vehicle for work-related errands.
• Occasionally use a personal vehicle for approved business errands, with mileage reimbursement.
• Help complete, review, and process job paperwork, including Bills of Lading.
• Assist with closing out completed jobs in company systems.
• Communicate with crews and office staff about job needs and updates.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks in the office.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Administrative, dispatch, logistics, customer service, moving, or junk removal experience is helpful but not required.

About the Role

This is a hands-on support position. Some of the day may be spent driving around the Jacksonville area helping crews, and some of the day may be spent in the office helping with paperwork and administrative tasks.

The right person is dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed.
