Role Description The Operations Assistant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Lindon, UT. This position supports daily operational activities, including maintaining internal records, processing documentation, and assisting with workflow coordination across investment and back-office teams. The role involves monitoring routine processes, updating databases and spreadsheets, and helping prepare reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Assistant will respond to inquiries, provide general administrative support, and collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues promptly. This role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and clear communication with colleagues and clients. You will manage, track financial workflows (such as payments and loan draws), and handle practical local errands.

What You'll Do

• Executive Support: Keep leadership organized-managing daily priorities, organizing digital files, and keeping workflows moving.

• Financial Admin: Help process payments, track loan draws, and organize transaction records (we’ll train you on our specific processes).

• Data & Digital Organization: Update spreadsheets, organize files, and manage basic database entry.

• Local Errands: Execute quick local errands (bank runs, document drop-offs, office supplies).

• Communication: Serve as a polite, professional point of contact for external partners, lenders, and vendors.
