Operations Assistant Manager

Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere, that's well merchandised, neat as well as clean. Will have a work history of Management in a Hardware Retail Environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

* Must have Retail Operations knowledge

* Make sure all employees are trained and able to meet customers project questions/needs.

* Organizing, maintaining and merchandising various departments to ensure proper visualization standards.

* Assisting office with inventory reporting and counts.

* Monitoring and approving returns.

* Key holder opening and or closing the store

* Coordinate lunches and breaks for other floor personnel.

* Learn the POS system in order to back up Cashier in busy times

• Conyers Ga.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail management: 2 years (Preferred)
