Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Limo & Charter Transportation Team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while able to communicate verbally and efficiently with clients. The ideal candidate has great communication skills and ability for multitasking.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operational aspects of the business
Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
Oversee operations and reservations
Dispatch and monitor units
Office duties including answering phones and checking emails
Qualifications
Degree in Business/marketing/Hospitality or a related fields.
Previous experience as an operations is preferred
Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Ability to multitask and handles various situations professionally
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of dispatch and reservations a plus
Tech-savvy & quick to learn new digital applications.
