Operations Associate

We are seeking experienced plant and warehouse operators, technicians, and material handlers for full-time, permanent positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

• Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting machines (e.g., drilling, milling, laser marking, automated assembly), handling materials, working with work instructions and hand tools, and picking, packing, and shipping orders (forklift experience a plus).
  
• All duties must comply with ISO 9001 standards and involve collaboration with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
  
• Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years manufacturing or warehouse experience, proficiency in English, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and lifting at least 50 lbs.
