Davidson & Co. and Davidson Investment Advisors, ensuring accurate client account information.QualificationsHigh school diploma or three years related office experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong customer service skillsWorking knowledge of general accounting principlesMath skillsAbility to operate a PC, calculator and scannerFamiliar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelFollow policies and procedures. Maintain client confidentialityCommunicate in a clear and service orientated manner. Use appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and informationProactively work with both external and internal clients, showing professionalism to accomplish work responsibilities and objectivesMaintain regular, predictable attendanceDutiesProcess emails and phone calls from branches to assist with any issues or questionsOpen managed asset accounts in appropriate systems (SAM, MAC, UMA, MFP, Paragon, Russell, Choice), understanding criteria for each programProcess goal modifications to managed accounts in a variety of systemsReview all managed account documents to ensure accuracy, identify problems, notify appropriate personnel and follow through to resolutionTerminate managed accounts as directedReview daily reports and take necessary actionsCoordinate requests to accommodate client withdrawals or deposits, including trade generation and reviewAct as liaison between D.A.
