Position: operations automation consultant
Location: charlotte, NC
Onsite: 3 days a week
Contract: 6 months-18 months to perm
Interview process: 1 and done video with manager (might need to include the director if they aren't sure)


Must have: Automation experience and either Alteryx or power Apps and workflow automation and process improvements.

This role is focused on designing and building automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort across operational processes. Candidates should have hands-on experience developing solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Power Apps, or Xceptor and be able to discuss specific automation projects they have personally built. The team is prioritizing technical problem-solvers who can quickly learn the business and begin delivering solutions immediately.
