We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Billing Administrator to provide essential administrative, billing, and operational support to our drivers, leadership team, and accounting department.
This role is critical to maintaining accurate records, supporting driver success, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities of an Operations & Billing Administrator:
Administrative & Driver Support
- Serve as a primary resource for driver administrative inquiries and support needs
- Assist drivers with payment questions, account inquiries, and lease-related matters
- Maintain accurate driver, vehicle, and operational records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide professional customer service to drivers, internal departments, and customers
Billing & Financial Operations
- Process driver vouchers and support driver payment administration
- Reconcile daily trip and transaction activity
- Assist with billing, reporting, and financial documentation
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management review
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial and administrative records
Office & Operational Coordination
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scheduling, and phone support
- Support communication between operations, accounting, and driver teams
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Help maintain efficient workflows and office organization
Qualifications of an Operations & Billing Administrator:
- Previous experience in administration, billing, accounting support, or office operations preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer service
