Job Title: Operations Business Analyst
Job Overview: The Operations Business Analyst will join our project team and report directly to Operations management. To ensure operations can effectively participate in the transformation of our business administration tools. This role is integral to understanding new solutions and how they integrate and interact with current software. This role will evolve over time, taking on additional duties in phases. This position will be in the Phoenix office, with the possibility to work from home as needed.
Team: Our Operations project team is in Arizona. Team members will need to be able to communicate via Teams, Zoom, email, and in-person. Our company currently offers a hybrid schedule, which could be extended to this role after an initial training period, based on performance. Our Operations team is dedicated to maintaining a collaborative environment and seeks to add a focused, positive, and eager analyst.
