Job Title: Operations Business Manager
Location: Ewing, NJ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65 - $70 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 4 :30 PM

Overview:
The Operations Business Manager (OBM) owns supply chain execution for assigned brands, turning demand and commercial priorities into clear direction for the contract manufacturing network. They lead cross-functional coordination and make priority/trade-off decisions to ensure reliable supply and successful product launches.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational activities in accordance with company policies and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to inform management decisions.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and support team members, providing training and development as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations, preferably 5 - 8 years.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with management software tools.
