In this role, you will be instrumental in providing operational leadership and governance support for the Business Adoption & Change Management function by enabling consistent demand intake, portfolio management, reporting, capacity planning, and delivery processes across supported initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage Business Adoption demand intake, portfolio workflows, resource forecasting, prioritization inputs, and governance processes.Maintain portfolio dashboards, reporting, capacity plans, methodology standards, and readiness metrics to support leadership decision-making.Coordinate demand flow and operational alignment across Change Leads and CoE resources.Support project-level change activities, including change impact inputs, stakeholder coordination, readiness tracking, communications alignment, and training planning support.Assist Change Leads with execution monitoring and follow-up activities throughout project delivery.Qualifications:Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus, but not required.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft 365, portfolio and project management tools, dashboard/reporting tools, and supporting demand, capacity, and resource planning processes.Attention to Detail: Strong diligence, clarity of thought, and the ability to listen effectively and execute in a timely manner.Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
