Schedule: Full-Time  

• Monday - Friday 
• 9:00a-5:00p
• This role is  primarily an on-site position based out of our corporate office, however may require some travel to support sites as needed. 

Compensation: $27-$30

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as required by supervisory personnel.

• Provide professional support to site teams, leadership, residents, and other stakeholders, ensuring communication and follow-up are clear, accurate, and timely.
• Support rent collection efforts by monitoring delinquent balances, reviewing resident ledgers, researching discrepancies, coordinating site team follow-up, and ensuring collection activity is properly documented.
• Prepare, send, and track pre-filing notices and file eviction actions in accordance with company procedures and applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate resident account information in Yardi, including lease charges, recurring monthly charges, utility charges, repayment agreements, adjustments, and supporting documentation.
• Track and review recertifications, lease renewals, rent changes, income/rent-related documentation, and applicable subsidy provider notices to help ensure required paperwork, effective dates, lease charges, and Yardi entries are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Support affordable housing compliance processes, including file tracking, agency payment reviews, audits, reporting, and other program requirements as assigned.
• Assist with special projects related to compliance, collections, resident files, file audits, account reviews, operational follow-up, and process improvement.
• Comply with Fair Housing rules, OSHA standards, affordable housing requirements, collection-related procedures, and company policies.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances involving residents, resident accounts, compliance files, properties, procedures, or employees to supervisor.
• Support the company’s philosophy, goals, and policies; seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for continued growth and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with proficiency. Must have strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to read, interpret, and reconcile resident ledgers. Must be comfortable researching account history, identifying errors, updating lease charges, tracking documentation, and communicating follow-up expectations clearly. Must have basic knowledge of affordable housing programs, compliance and processes, and property management systems is required.
