Qualifications You Must Have:
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
Basic understanding of FAR/DFAR.
Basic analytical skills.
Exposure to audit procedures and techniques.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Internship experience in a compliance or audit role.
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US Military.
Essential Functions:
Ability to work on a computer for the majority of the work shift.
Hand/finger dexterity for data entry and document handling.
Ability to travel occasionally as required.
Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
Ability to read detailed compliance documents, regulations, and computer screens.
Ability to review and analyze reports and documentation accurately.
Ability to navigate office environments and potentially other facilities for compliance audits or meetings.
Ability to drive or operate a vehicle for site visits or other work-related travel if necessary.
Ability to make informed decisions based on compliance analysis and research.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using compliance software, databases, and other relevant tools.
Ability to stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
In-depth understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to stay informed about changes in regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant.
