As an Operations Compliance Specialist I, you will support the auditing and assessment processes to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) and internal procedures. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to learn and apply internal audit processes, assist with data reviews, and document the outcomes of audits. Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of records, and efficiency of operations.
Review and analyze data to identify deficiencies or non-compliance with FAR/DFAR and internal procedures.
Document audit results and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Support the implementation of corrective actions to address identified compliance issues.
Assist with maintaining and updating audit procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for audits

Qualifications You Must Have:
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
Basic understanding of FAR/DFAR.
Basic analytical skills.
Exposure to audit procedures and techniques.
