Job Description This role will contribute to PM'ing contract process through completion (not negotiating deals but instead help desk tickets), process documentation and organization (storing things, saving things, updating process documentation, etc.), starting template drafts of SOWs, etc. to lay the foundation so managers can work through it more quickly. Potentially taking some standard deals, like amendments with small change no dollar value (no negations) but it would be one that is no partner facing, internal support. Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process. Complete special projects as assigned. Review business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tools in conjunction with the contract stakeholders and /or after negotiated agreements are concluded. Data entry into contract database. Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments. Coordinate contract reviews through meeting, conference calls and email. Serve as a point of contact to educate user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process.
