Venteon Finance is currently seeking an OPERATIONS CONTROLLER for a global manufacturing client in Oakland County.
Coordination of all US Plants (Including Engineering)
Month end close process responsibility
Support and coordinate budget and forecast process
In charge of the standard costing process
Process standardization across the plants
Develop, create and strengthen internal controls
Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement
Drive initiates to improve operation performance
Continuous training and staff development
Support in all commercial topics (Sales and Purchasing) that relate to the Americas Region
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field of study.
Minimum five years of experience in Manufacturing
Experience interacting with and / or supporting the Plant level
ERP Systems experience, PLEX preferred
