The nature of the work is focused on positively positioning the brand in social and environmental matters to the internal and external community. Co-create the ideation process with key parts of the business. Ensure meaningful contribution, innovative strategies to the businesses and intersecting with the business planning process. Manage donation traffic, tracking and order management, including data management and reporting. Ensure best practices and the most effective use of available product. Key tasks including working with brand design, determining kitting strategy, forecasting, booking and shipping through SAP and handling communication with recipients. Track and report donations through GIFTS database, reporting out to Tax department, GCA, etc. Find, cultivate and manage productive partnerships that maximize the reach and social/environmental impact of programs. Typically requires a bachelor s degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associate degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
