Operations Coordinator 2
- The nature of the work is focused on positively positioning the brand in social and environmental matters to the internal and external community.
- Co-create the ideation process with key parts of the business.
- Ensure meaningful contribution, innovative strategies to the businesses and intersecting with the business planning process.
- Manage donation traffic, tracking and order management, including data management and reporting. Ensure best practices and the most effective use of available product.
- Key tasks including working with brand design, determining kitting strategy, forecasting, booking and shipping through SAP and handling communication with recipients.
- Track and report donations through GIFTS database, reporting out to Tax department, GCA, etc.
- Find, cultivate and manage productive partnerships that maximize the reach and social/environmental impact of programs.
- Communicate plans across complex matrix on a corporate, regional and reach and social/environmental impact of programs.

- Passion for sports (specifically tennis)
- Client matrix knowledge
- Client Systems experience (S4; Now, preferred experience like Coupa, Locker)
- Contractor will help with order management, operations support, tracking shipments, and more
