Through helping others achieve financial growth and giving back to our communities, you can truly fulfill the FCCU mission of Life is Better with Community.Core Values-Strengthen Community by helping members grow and thrive.Community-Our Communities define who we are "People Helping People."Integrity-We will live and work with uncompromised integrity.Passion-We will display passion in our work and service to our membership.Growth-We believe that growing both as a Credit Union and professionally as employees is imperative to our long-term success.Job ResponsibilitiesWe are committed to providing exceptional support to our members by delivering accurate, responsive, and secure card services while creating positive experiences through every interaction.Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to members regarding credit card, debit card, and ATM card accounts, including account status, payments, requests, and card-related inquiries.Process card applications, upgrades, balance transfers, card orders, and account maintenance activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.Investigate and manage card fraud and dispute cases, monitor fraud activity, assist with loss prevention efforts, and ensure timely resolution of member claims.Respond promptly to member and employee questions through phone and in-person interactions, taking ownership of issues and delivering effective solutions.Support electronic payment services and provide backup assistance for functions such as ACH processing, online banking, mobile deposit, remote deposit capture, and check processing.Maintain compliance with regulations, internal policies, and security protocols while accurately documenting member interactions and account activity.Represent the Credit Union professionally through community involvement, special projects, and ongoing support of operational and growth initiatives.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPrior customer service and administrative experience preferredAbility to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipmentCompetitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to changeAbility to communication, both written and verbalDetail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environmentBenefitsWe provide a great benefits package that includes 11 paid federal holidays, 401k match, fully paid single medical, dental and vision and much more.
