Customer Service & Operations Coordinator


Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Mars Plastics / 40 Agnes Street Providence, RI
Job Type: Full-time


About Us:
We are a growing injection molding company focused on quality, reliability, and strong customer relationships. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and help support daily operations and customer communication.


Responsibilities:


  •  Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner 
  •  Coordinate customer orders from entry through delivery 
  •  Schedule shipments and deliveries to meet customer deadlines 
  •  Work closely with internal teams (production, shipping, and management) to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time 
  •  Purchase materials and outside goods as needed to support production 
  •  Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and inventory needs 
Qualifications:


  •  Previous customer service, office, or coordination experience preferred 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems) 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
  • Experience in plastics or manufacturing is a plus
