Operations Coordinator: Behavioral Science

July 2026

Role Summary

We are seeking a capable, early-career generalist with a background in psychology,

neuroscience, or a related field to join us as a Behavioral Science & Operations Associate. Don’t

worry about the job title, we struggle with it too. Just focus on the role and what we expect you

to do.

This role sits at the center of how we deliver our work. You will work closely with Sarah Dalton

across executive assessments, survey processes, and client delivery, helping ensure that projects

run smoothly, outputs are high quality, and clients and candidates have a consistent, professional

experience. You will experience some client facing work very quickly, and this will expand over

time.

In the early stages, the focus will be on supporting project execution, coordination, and analysis.

There will be a lot of learning during this phase and this can sometimes be frustrating for people

who want to prove their worth immediately. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into one

with greater responsibility for assessment design, insight generation, and selected client

interaction. We will encourage you to write and publish and will provide our platform to aid you.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining behavioral science, structured thinking, operational

execution, and emerging use of AI tools. It is well suited to someone who wants to develop

practical capability in applied psychology within a small, high-trust environment.

We work with outstanding organizations and wonderful clients. We regard many as our friends

and we have worked with some for over 20 years. We have recently been growing and attracting

new clients and we expect this to continue – hence the need for this role.

Although this role is unambiguous in being an “entry-level” position, the right individual can

grow a long and fulfilling career with us. Your ongoing learning and development is very

important to us and the opportunity exists for you to become a major player in the future of our

company.

2. Survey & 360 Feedback Delivery

•Working alongside Sarah and Barry to produce clear, compelling and accurate leadership

development narratives

3. Reporting, Analysis & AI-Assisted Content Creation

It is particularly attractive to those who:

Initially, the focus will be on supporting project execution, coordination, and quality. As

capability develops, the successful candidate will take on increasing responsibility in survey

grow into a broader and more independent role as the firm continues to expand.

Application & Selection Process

We are interested in candidates who are thoughtful, curious, and motivated by the nature of the

work itself. Before applying, we ask that you consider carefully whether this role genuinely

interests and excites you. Do your homework. We have posted a lot of articles and papers on our

website that you would be advised to read through. “The Five Talents That Really Matter”

(Conchie & Dalton. 2024. Hachette Go) describes our leadership philosophy and explains the

research basis of our primary executive leadership selection assessment. We post extensively on

LinkedIn.
