Pay Rate: $25/hr
Location: Downers Grove, IL or Canonsburg, PA
Schedule: Hybrid (Work from home Monday & Friday; onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
Travel: Up to 10–15% local travel (mileage reimbursed for approved business purposes)
Assignment Duration: 10/27/2025 – 10/26/2026
Hours: 40 hours per week, standard business hours (Mon–Fri)
Telecom or wireless industry experience
Self-motivated and organized with excellent attention to detail
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Power BI
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong data review and reporting abilities
Permitting or licensing experience a plus
The Operations Coordinator supports a regional or functional team by performing administrative, operational, and project coordination duties. This role ensures the accuracy of project tracking systems, timely communication of updates, and delivery of critical documentation to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Update and maintain internal and third-party tracking systems with complete accuracy
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and project documentation
Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up action tracking
Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate issues before escalation
Maintain complete and organized project and program files
Provide ad hoc reports and data summaries as needed
Assist with purchase order preparation and contractor invoice processing
Support event planning, logistics, and coordination
Provide general administrative and operational support as required
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in telecom or a related industry with a focus on project coordination or administrative support
Data review and reporting experience preferred
Permitting/licensing experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheet)
Ability to quickly learn new software and tracking tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
