  • Maintain accurate loan information and documentation within mortgage systems throughout the loan lifecycle
  • Organize and maintain complete loan files while ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Communicate with Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding items and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service to Loan Officers, Loan Coordinators, Underwriters, Closers, and management
  • Maintain current knowledge of mortgage regulations, investor requirements, and internal procedures
  • Support departmental initiatives, operational improvements, and special projects as assigned

What You Bring:

  • Two or more years of mortgage processing, loan coordination, disclosure, or related mortgage operations experience preferred
  • Two or more years of customer service experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of TRID, QM, and mortgage disclosure requirements
  • Working knowledge of residential mortgage documents and the mortgage lending process
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mortgage-related software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service
