Reality Labs Research at Client brings together an exceptional team of scientists, developers, and engineers dedicated to advancing virtual and augmented reality technologies. We are seeking a contract Operations Coordinator to oversee and enhance operational processes across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to executing operational tasks that align with team objectives. In this role, you will provide direct support for process improvements and internal and external initiatives, frequently navigating ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute, organize, and streamline core operational tasks across the team.
Monitor operations to identify potential issues, taking corrective action or escalating as appropriate.
Maintain and organize information-sharing platforms and document repositories.
Develop new tools to address organizational requirements and deliver technical support.
Coordinate and facilitate team events and activities.
Assist in the management and allocation of facility space.

Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in operations (or equivalent) demonstrating sustained operational excellence.
Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive disposition with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
Prior experience in a fast-paced research or product development environment.


Bachelor s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; relevant professional experience will also be considered.


Must-Have Skills:
Strong interpersonal communication must be sociable, approachable, and comfortable interacting with everyone from junior employees to VPs.
Strong written communication clear, professional documentation and correspondence across a research org.
Hands-on operational execution willingness to personally do the physical/logistical work (event setup, equipment distribution, lab logistics, onboarding/offboarding walkthroughs), plus the organization and project-management discipline to juggle multiple priorities.
