The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, proactive, and comfortable working across all levels of an organization—from new team members to senior leadership.
This role is best suited for someone who can operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and is willing to personally execute both strategic coordination and day-to-day logistical tasks.

- Execute, organize, and streamline core operational processes across the research organization.
- Coordinate lab and equipment logistics, including gear distribution and physical setup.
- Support facility space allocation and planning to meet evolving team needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate team events and activities, including hands-on physical setup when needed.
- Maintain information-sharing platforms, documentation, trackers, and shared repositories.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, identify potential issues early, and resolve or escalate them appropriately.
- Develop lightweight tools, trackers, workflows, and documentation to address operational needs.
- Provide light technical and operational support to help the team work efficiently.
- Partner closely with researchers, engineers, legal, sourcing, workplace/facilities, and senior stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities, including recurring responsibilities and unpredictable short-notice requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes where established procedures may be incomplete or ambiguous.
