Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to support and grow our Lakeland Technical Service Center. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Operations Manager for the right individual.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys being the central point of communication between customers, service technicians, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service center
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Coordinate with service technicians to manage scheduling and workflow
- Partner closely with accounting on billing, contracts, and operational efficiency
- Support team performance, communication, and overall service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong operations, coordination, or service center experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams aligned
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal teams
- Mechanical or technical aptitude, or the ability to learn quickly
- Proven ability to take ownership and grow into leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right experience
Compensation
- $80,000 – $100,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
