We're known for keeping operations moving efficiently and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team!The Role We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Operations Coordinator/Lead Installer to handle daily rental operations with field installer responsibilities in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay with opportunities for growth.Supportive, performance-driven team culture.Comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision (eligible after 30 days).401(k) with company match.Paid holidays and PTO.Company-paid Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance.Ongoing training and career development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for equipment rentals.Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs with service teams.Track inventory availability and utilization.Deliver, set up, and install rental equipment at customer sites.Provide basic training and demonstrations for customers on safe and effective equipment use.Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation and transport.What You'll BringPrevious experience in the equipment rental, construction, or logistics industry preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Self-starting skills and ability to work independently.Excellent customer service and effective communication skills.Proficient computer skills: knowledge of Point of Rental is a plus.Ability to operate and transport equipment (CDL or ability to obtain a plus).Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting ability.Able to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.Ready to Apply?
