Job type: Full Time & Permanent

Shift: 1st shift / Sunday to Thursday 6:00pm to 2:30pm

Compensation: $23.00/hr

Principal Accountabilities:

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound scheduling to support efficient warehouse operations
• Manage receiving activities, including appointments, driver check-in, documentation, and dock assignments
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper transaction processing, verification, and system maintenance in WMS and SAP
• Process returns, purchase order corrections, and inventory discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify product quality, quantities, and temperatures to support food safety and regulatory compliance
• Generate and maintain operational reports, records, and warehouse documentation
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between warehouse operations and cross-functional business partners
• Deliver exceptional operational support while contributing to service, productivity, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement goals
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintains a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
• Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Perform basic math and follow detailed instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous production experience
• High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
