Operations Coordinator 

Job Description 

The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in identifying, evaluating, training, and tracking high-quality Professional Drivers for TowerMobility. This position is responsible for conducting structured drive tests and interviews, ensuring all candidates are onboarded and trained, and tracking key metrics for all drivers. This role facilitates smooth operations ensuring that it supports learning, engagement, and creating a customer-oriented mindset for all drivers. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Monitor driver performance using various indicators such as Key Performance Indicators, Attendance, Map Zoning, and Dashboard Scores. 

  • Lead all candidates through the onboarding process by completing an interview and driver evaluation, finalizing onboarding packets, and providing detailed training lectures. 

  • Maintain road-ready status for all vehicles by monitoring and performing cleaning upkeep and charging upkeep. 

General Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration. 
  • Expert at creating an engaging learning environment. 

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning. 

  • Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.  

  • Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.  

  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.
