Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator for Custom Pump will provide multi-functional support across operations-including production, logistics, purchasing, mechanical design, quality, and customer support-while also managing site-level administrative activities. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports continuous improvement, and creates an organized, positive environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse) on inventory levels and shipment status. • Liaise with Project Managers and customers regarding order and delivery updates. • Process department invoices using the accounts payable system (Catalyst). • Support purchasing activities and vendor management for office supplies and site services. • Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review. • Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Actively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate and organize team events, meetings, workshops, and offsites, including venue, catering, materials, and logistics. • Provide administrative support for documentation, compliance, and visitor logistics.

Qualifications

5+ years of administrative and/or coordinator experience. Experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment. Bachelors degree in Operations or a related field is a plus, though additional experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience (SAP preferred). Prior project coordination experience is a plus. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Problem solving and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Pay Range

The estimated pay range for this position is $26/hr. to $30/hr.. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
