Position SummaryPSQ Productions is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Operations Crew Members to support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality event experiences. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is comfortable with physical labor and flexible scheduling.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and break down event infrastructure, including staging, tables, chairs, barricades, and signageLoad, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment before, during, and after eventsOperate basic tools and assist with equipment operation as neededFollow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuriesAssist with event logistics and respond to real-time operational needsWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and event timelinesMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasksAbility to stand and work for extended periods in outdoor environments and varying weather conditionsBasic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn new equipmentStrong work ethic, reliability, and punctualityAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license preferredWork EnvironmentThis position requires working outdoors and on event sites with exposure to varying weather conditions, loud environments, and heavy equipment. Shifts may be long and physically demanding, requiring stamina and attention to safety at all times.Compensation & ScheduleCompensation is based on experience.
