Operations Data Analyst

Compensation: $60,000–$76,000/year

Job Summary

We are hiring an Operations Data Analyst to help improve efficiency across day-to-day operations. You'll dig into process, workflow, and performance data to find opportunities for improvement and support operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

      Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends

      Build dashboards tracking key operational metrics (throughput, cycle time, cost per unit, etc.)

      Partner with operations and supply chain teams to define reporting needs

      Support root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues

      Monitor performance against targets and flag deviations

      Recommend process improvements backed by data

      Assist with capacity planning and forecasting analysis

Qualifications

      0-1 year of experience in operations, supply chain, or business analysis

      Strong SQL and Excel skills

      Experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) preferred

      Understanding of operational or process metrics

      Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills

      Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations teams
