Job Summary
Seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, dashboards, data governance, and process automation. Strong Microsoft Power Platform skills are the primary focus, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, build, optimize, and maintain Power Platform solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and trend analysis.
- Perform data cleansing, analysis, root cause analysis, and data validation.
- Support data governance, records management, audits, and audit-ready documentation.
- Create automated data routines, trackers, and reporting processes.
- Prepare clear and actionable data insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Strong Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate / Dataverse skills.
- Advanced Excel/Access skills preferred.
- SQL experience with Oracle or Business Objects preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Utility operations experience is a plus.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $40.00 per hour.
