The organization is known for engineering excellence, operational innovation, and a commitment to delivering highly reliable products through world-class manufacturing and supply chain operations.Job DescriptionAnalyze supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, planning, and customer service data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into key operational and supply chain performance metrics.Monitor and report on critical KPIs including inventory accuracy, supplier performance, on-time delivery, schedule attainment, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, cycle time, labor productivity, scrap, rework, and service levels.Partner with supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, finance, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.Support inventory optimization initiatives through analysis of stock levels, material flow, replenishment strategies, excess inventory, and working capital performance.Evaluate supplier performance trends and support initiatives aimed at improving delivery reliability, quality, responsiveness, and overall supply chain resilience.Validate and reconcile data from multiple operational systems while ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.Support production planning, capacity forecasting, labor planning, and operational reviews through quantitative analysis and recommendations.Identify root causes of operational issues and quantify improvement opportunities using structured analytical approaches.Create executive-ready reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations.Help standardize reporting processes, data definitions, and analytics practices across operations and supply chain functions.Support continuous improvement initiatives by measuring results and tracking performance against business objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
