Job Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MES platforms
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or R is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data insights to cross-functional teams
