We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support reporting, data management, and visualization initiatives. This individual will analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and deliver insights that support business operations and planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong SQL expertise, data visualization experience, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Analyze and validate operational data across multiple databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or similar tools.
- Prepare recurring reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Use SQL to extract, organize, and analyze information from relational databases.
- Evaluate forecasting data and recommend improvements to reporting and planning tools.
- Coordinate data requests, collect relevant information, and standardize reporting formats.
- Present analytical findings, identify outliers, and provide clear, reproducible results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, maintain documentation, and support training and process improvements.
Qualifications- Demonstrated experience using SQL to retrieve, analyze, and validate information from relational databases.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with reporting, data validation, and performance metrics.
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly.
- Ability to attend occasional onsite meetings and events as needed.
