Summary: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making Exceptional communicator for explaining data, assumptions, and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficient in Power BI for reporting and visualization, and Foundry for advanced analytics and data modeling Comfortable working across multiple enterprise systems and teams Duration: 12 Months Work Mode: Hybrid Responsibilities: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvements Apply analytical techniques to a wide range of business questions Respond to ad hoc and recurring data requests with accuracy and timeliness Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources Extract and analyze data from SAP to support planning and decision-making Create automated data routines and processes for efficient reporting Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI Utilize GIS tools for spatial data analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI Strong SQL skills and experience with structured datasets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in cross-functional teams Required Skills: Data analytics (Python, Excel, conduct data queries as needed) Power BI (advanced skills, ability to create executive and day-to-day dashboards) SAP Microsoft Excel and Power Query Problem-solving mentality Willingness to learn (Copperleaf, Foundry, GIS, and other platforms) Impeccable organization and communication skills Agility Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience using Foundry for data analysis, data modeling, or workflows Experience with Copperleaf
