The Opportunity
Lloyd Staffing is representing a global fashion apparel and accessories organization in the search for a Logistics Carrier Operations Director. This person will lead international transportation operations while helping the organization optimize service, reliability, visibility, and cost performance across its global supply chain network.

• Oversee global shipment execution, freight visibility, audit and payment processes, capacity planning, and transportation reporting.
• Build and develop high-performing teams while establishing KPIs, operational standards, and continuous improvement programs.

• 12+ years of international transportation experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing carrier operations, transportation providers, logistics networks, and global supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, project management, process improvement, and data visualization capabilities.
• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent; SAP knowledge helpful.
