Operations & Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable, highly organized Operations & Dispatch Coordinator to join our office team in a full-time hourly position.

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

This position supports the daily flow of field operations. The right person will help coordinate schedules, dispatch field personnel, monitor task dashboards, update job information, and follow open items through completion.

Strong computer proficiency is an absolute requirement. Much of the position involves working across multiple software platforms throughout the day, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable learning new systems and using technology to keep information accurate and operations moving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling and dispatch of field personnel
• Monitor operational dashboards, work orders, and open tasks
• Follow up on incomplete or outstanding items and help move them toward completion
• Update job status, scheduling, and project information throughout the day
• Enter and process vendor and material orders
• Communicate with field personnel regarding schedules, priorities, and job status
• Help ensure completed work is properly documented and cleared from operational dashboards
• Perform accurate data entry across multiple software platforms
• Use company-provided AI tools and workflows to organize and aggregate information efficiently
• Assist the operations team with changing priorities and day-to-day coordination

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency is required
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple software programs and dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable following up with people and keeping tasks moving toward completion
• Ability to learn new software, technology, and AI-assisted workflows
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Previous dispatch, scheduling, service coordination, or office operations experience is preferred
• Previous experience supporting construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, low-voltage, home services, or another field-service trade is a significant plus
• Familiarity with the pace and changing priorities of construction or service operations is highly valued, but not required

We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, following tasks through completion, and helping a busy field operation stay on schedule. This is a hands-on operations position for someone who is comfortable with computers, communicates well, and takes satisfaction in seeing an active task list get cleared.

Experience in construction or service-trade operations is a big plus, but we're equally interested in someone with strong organizational and computer skills who can quickly learn how our operation works.
