Operations Dispatcher

The Logistics Dispatcher(truck load dispatcher) isresponsible for coordinating daily freight movements, managing driver communication, and ensuring accurate updates across GM and other customer portals. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast decision‐making, and the ability to keep freight on schedule in a high‐volume automotive environment. The dispatcher will oversee load assignments, monitor driver progress, resolve issues quickly, and maintain clear, consistent communication with drivers, operations, and customers. This position supports a structured dispatch schedule and plays a critical role in maintaining on‐time performance and customer satisfaction.
