Operations Enablement Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Operations Enablement Lead to support a large-scale SCADA deployment program by designing and delivering a unified, operations-based training and field enablement program. This role goes beyond traditional technical documentation andfocuses on operator readiness, workflow standardization, and long-term operational adoption once systems are live in the field.

This individual will translate future-state operations into clear, field-ready procedures, training materials, and workflows that reflect how operators will work day to day post-deployment, rather than isolated system or tool training. This role is fully remote supporting a Texas-based program; some travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a unified, operations-based training and field enablement program supporting SCADA-enabled deployments

• Translate future-state field operations into clear, operator-ready workflows, procedures, and SOPs

• Develop job aids, quick-reference guides, laminated field materials, and short-form training videos to drive operator adoption

• Partner with project management, engineering, operations teams, integrators, and vendors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability

• Coordinate training delivery with SAT and commissioning to ensure systems are stable and production-ready

Support operational standardization and scalability across multiple sites and deployments

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing operations-focused training, documentation, or enablement programs for large-scale deployments, modernization initiatives, or OT environments

• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex operational systems into clear, field-ready guidance

• Experience supporting operations transition, operator adoption, or go-live readiness for deployed systems

• Familiarity with OT environments; SCADA, utilities, or industrial operations experience strongly preferred

• Hands-on experience creating physical reference materials, SOPs, and short-form video training content

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, integrators, and field operations teams - Experience supporting SCADA or OT-enabled operations within utilities, water/wastewater, or industrial environments

• Background in operations enablement, field training, or go-live readiness, beyond traditional technical writing

Experience working with system integrators, commissioning teams, or multi-vendor deployments across multiple sites
