Job Description:

The Operations Enablement Consultant plans, organizes, executes and measures programs – directly and through the Client Service Team (CST) – that create relevant, two-way interactions with clients to inform and influence their buying decisions and strengthen their broader relationship with the organization.

Aligned to a CST/Operation, this role supports client retention and risk improvement objectives and enables the success of Operations as needed. The Operations Enablement Consultant partners with multiple marketing functions to develop and deploy high-impact, client-centric assets and plans, including customized content, resources and local events. They leverage external marketing programs and campaigns for targeted accounts we wish to retain and ensure these efforts are tailored to client needs.

To increase face-to-face relationship-building time for Account Managers (AMs) and Account Engineers (AEs), the Operations Enablement Consultant conducts account research, develops personalized client content, and coordinates the use of marketing programs, campaigns and local events with focused accounts. They ensure that AMs/AEs have the requisite data, insights, and marketing resources to efficiently and effectively retain clients and drive risk improvement.

In addition, the Operations Enablement Consultant leads and oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the assigned CST, as well as any related project work, providing guidance and support to Operations Enablement Specialists and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Required to Perform Essential Job Functions 

4 Year / Bachelors Degree 

Minimum Years of Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions 

2-3 years minimum experience required

Additional Experience Qualifier 

Field Marketing, Project Management, Sales Enablement 

Skills
